The monthly dues (for the entire year) will be decided upon at the first official meeting of each year.

If four monthly dues are missed, that member is terminated and would need to re-petition to the club after paying any owed money.

Each member is encouraged to give his dues to the 'book-keeper', during the first meeting of every month.

Club funds will be kept by the 'book-keeper' along with records of collections, spending, etc. These items are to be logged into a ledger and once the account is large enough, a bank account will be started and kept in the club name.

Usage of club funds requires a majority vote (of attending members).

If the club wishes to spend money and the club funds are not large enough to cover the costs, then a vote will be held to decide how to raise the money (car wash, etc.). If we vote to pay out of our pockets, it must be a unanimous decision.
